Pioneer Villas is a two-story, on-campus residence hall for North Arkansas College students. The residence hall is located on the College’s South Campus in Harrison, Arkansas, and houses 64 students in 16 fully-furnished apartments — 12 single-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units. Each apartment includes its own living room and kitchen. All units come fully furnished with a twin standard bed, refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee table, work desk, and chair. Rates include all utilities.

Leases are available in academic term (Fall '24 - Spring '25). Students can apply for financial aid and certain scholarships toward housing costs.
